All good things must come to an end. And so here we are in the final week of the 90 day transformation project. I genuinely feel really sad to be reaching the conclusion of this project. My weekly emails to each of you have become a ritual that I will dearly miss.
I actually became a bit teary when I recorded this weeks vlog. Reflecting on the experience of creating this project really moved me. It has been so beautiful to watch you all grow, learn, flourish and transform. I love nothing more than seeing people go on this journey of self-realisation, which is why I am so unbelievably passionate about the work I do. You have each allowed me to share in your journey of change and it has touched me so very deeply.
I want to thank all of you who participated in this project. You each have a place in my heart. It has been such an honour to share this journey with you and I want to thank you all for your support and your friendship.
But, onwards and upwards right? I have so many beautiful things in store for all of you in 2013 and I cannot wait to share it with you. I look forward to connecting with you all in the future and continuing to share in this gorgeous self-transfomation journey we are all on.
LESSONS FROM A 90 DAY TRANSFORMATION PROJECT
And so, as I mentioned in the vlog there is no work this week. Instead I created something for you. I have taken the key learning from each week of work and pulled it together in to one super inspiring A4 sheet!
You will find the key lessons from the 90 day transformation project below, and each of you on the project will receive a (much clearer!) copy of this. Print it out. Stick it on your pinboard. Read it daily. These are not only lessons from the past 90 days. These are lessons for life.
And as I mentioned in the vlog, I will also be sending you a feedback form with these week's email and it would mean so much to me if you could complete it and send it back to me. If you wish to provide a testimonial of your experiences with this project, there is also a section to do that. I would love to hear how this project has impacted you so please do take the time to complete it.
I hope you all have a beautiful, love-filled festive season overflowing with bliss, laughter and fun.
In last week's work, we looked back over the year and reflected on all of our beautiful learnings and achievements. And now as we come in to the final few weeks of this project, and of 2012, I thought it would be valuable to turn our focus forwards momentarily.
I want you to start to think about what you want for yourself in 2013. I want you to start visioning, dreaming and scheming. Get in to the feel of what you want 2013 to be like for you.
Before we go any further, I just want to stress how much of an important practice this is. Please do not enter in to 2013 unconsciously. Do not step in to this fresh new year without a vision. It would be way too easy to allow things to just stay the same, and to become resigned to feeling that you cannot ask for me. But you can.
Our mind is extremely powerful. When we set it on an outcome, and focus on it, powerful things can happen. We become a creator. We live intentionally. We choose our destiny.
Do not allow things to just happen to you this year. Decide who you want to be, and be it. Decide what you want to create, and create it.
Use the work that I share this week as more of a visioning exercise, rather than a goal setting exercise. Allow yourself to be playful and lighthearted. The more relaxed you are about it, the less need your mind will have to step in and interfere.
VLOG: WEEK 12
Below this weeks video, I have listed a big pile of questions below to get you thinking about what you want to create in 2013. AND I have gone through and answered these questions myself, so that you can see what I have in store for myself in 2013.
I have kept mine pretty simple here, as I have plenty of other lists and journals filled with more detailed plans for 2013. Use these questions as a starting point. As a guide. And then you can go deeper in to your goal setting practice from here.
VISIONING + DREAMING + SCHEMING 2013 HOW CAN YOU TAKE WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNT FROM THIS PROJECT AND USE IT TO CREATE CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE IN 2013?
+ I learnt that tuning inwards to listen to my heart and my inner guidance before making decisions is imperative. I know if I can practice this even more in 2013 life will unfold more effortlessly and beautifully.
+ I learnt that community is magical, and I intend to create more aspects of community in my life and my work in 2013.
+ I learnt that when you follow your heart and take risks, you are always supported and magical things unfold. I will be following my heart in all that I do in 2013.
+ I learnt that it is when you put yourself in your 'uncomfortable zone' opportunities arise, amazing results are created and miracles occur. I will most definitely be throwing myself outside my comfort zone alot more in 2013.
+ I leant than when I communicate with my partner in an open, honest and authentic way it creates so much more connection and love than when I bottle it up inside. In 2013 I will be embracing the beauty of vulnerability even more.
+ I learnt that the practice of yoga makes me a better, more grounded and more authentically confident woman, and I will be most definitely continuing with my 4 x a week practice in 2013.
WHAT ARE THE NEXT MAIN AREAS OF FOCUS FOR YOU?
Building of a new brand + launch of a new website + my first e book + the creation of my 2nd e book + new exciting coaching programs + more professional looking VLOGS + coaching as many beautiful souls as I can + creativity and creation + maintaing my current yoga practice 4x a week + cleaning up my body and diet even more + a deeper connection with my inner guidance + building abundance and prosperity from doing work I love + learning, learning, learning.
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO TAKE TO THE NEXT LEVEL?
My ability to be authentic + sharing my unique gifts and talents to the world + public speaking + my technological skills + my yoga practice (hello headstand) + opening of my heart + doing things that make me so unbelievable uncomfortable + my ability to serve others and get myself out of the way + believing in myself.
HOW CAN YOU MAKE 2013 YOUR BEST YEAR EVER?
Not allow any inauthentic, fear based, illusionary thinking hold me back from doing what I want to do.
Instead, have the voice of love, empowerment, passion, inspiration, self-belief and my soul be the guiding force in my life.
WHAT WOULD THAT LOOK + FEEL LIKE?
I would be connected with love + I would feel empowered + I would live freely and lightly + I would say I can, rather than I can't + I would be taking brave, bold new steps + I would feel alive + I would experience abundance and new opportunities as a result of my inner shifts + I would feel content with myself and my life in every moment.
AS A RESULT OF BEING THAT PERSON, WHAT GOALS DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE IN 2013?
Running my first workshop + completing my NLP training + growing an abundant full time coaching practice where I serve and empower women all over the world + doubling my income + creating more prodcuts including dvd's, e courses, e books, webinars, podcasts, etc. + physical cleaning, including a juice fast + writing more and getting my writing published more + deepening my connection with the beautiful community of like minded people that surround me + media presence + sub-letting an office space + at least one overseas holiday somewhere warm (my bf and I are planning another holiday to LA and Mexico).

As we come in to the final few weeks of 2012, our focus starts to move to the year ahead and opportunities that lay before us. But we cannot finish off a year without practicing a little ritual of review. As we close off the year we must take some time to acknowledge ourselves. Our successes. Our learnings. Our challenges. Our growth.
The process of reflecting on the year that has passed gives you a chance to celebrate how far you have come. How are you and your life different to where you were 12 months ago? What did you achieve? How did you change? What are you grateful for? What did you learn?
This process also helps in determining what you want to focus on in 2013. It enables you to reflect on what worked, and what didn't and this serves as wonderful clarity about what will be your priorities in 2013.
So, seeing I will be encouraging you to do this work, I am also going to do the same. Below is my little 2012 reflection including my achievements and my learnings.
CELEBRATING THE YEAR THAT WAS:
Internal shifts
I learnt how to jump out of my comfort zone + feel ok with being super uncomfortable

I share a little more about this in the video below. But stay tuned as I will be keeping you updated over the next few weeks about what is unfolding...
There are only a few spaces left in the Kick-Start 2013 Coaching Program! So, if you are interested get in quick. I am offering a special 1:1 coaching program to support you to achieve all of your goals + dreams for 2013. Click here to find out more + register your spot.
As we move towards the end of 2012, I really feel that we are being called to shed parts of ourselves and our lives that we do not want to take in to 2013. We must look at the aspects of our personalities and our ways of being and identify which are in line with who we really are, and which are not.
I really feel that we are being called to cleanse and heal the self. We must take some time to take a look at our inner selves and how we are thinking and feeling. We are each being called to remember our truth and to embody it. We must remember that we are love, that we are abundant and whole and that we are always being taken care of and guided.
It is time to cleanse fear + reconnect with love
In the VLOG below I share a little more about this need to release and cleanse part of ourselves. We must heal and transform our fear, anger, jealousy, competitions, stress, and resentment in to lighter and more loving energy by healing them and shedding them.
So, are you ready to make this shift? If so, here are 4 steps you can use to help you reconnect with your truth and your inner loving energy. 1. Choose a loving perspective
You can shift your feelings around any situation by simply changing your perception. As soon as you can shift to seeing things in a more loving way, the whole situation will transform.
There are always different ways of looking at a situation. The problem is that when we are in fear or negativity that is all we are focusing on, and as a result it is all we can see. But as soon as we show a willingness to shift our perspective, new views start opening up.
Think of some situations that bring up fear, negativity, anger etc.. for you. How can you see this situation with a new view? How can you take a more patient, kind, accepting, or gentle approach? How can you move from seeing this through the lens of fear, to viewing it through eyes of love? What would the voice of love say?
2. Connect with yourself
Sitting in stillness in meditation is a beautiful way to connect inwards. However, many people tell me that they find meditation hard. If you are in this situation, you must remember that if we continued to avoid everything that we found challenging we would never get anywhere. Like anything, it takes practice.
When you practice meditation, do not put too much pressure on yourself. The main aim is to not 'get anything' but to rather simply slow your mind, relax and feel better. Don't expect too much initially. If all you end up doing is feeling more relaxed than you did before you started then you have achieved enough. A beautiful friend of mine, Melissa Ambrosini recently shared some tips on how to meditate on Health Talks. Check out this video if you need some guidance.
3. Call in light + positivity
Sometimes when you are stuck in a negative feeling or a downward spiral of fear based thinking, it can be really difficult to make a shift. When this happens, I use the practice of calling in positive and white light. You can do this anytime anywhere and while it is a subtle and simple practice it is extremely powerful.
To do this I literally visualise beautiful white, clean and pure energy pouring in to me. I feel the positive energy of that light and I see it filling up my whole body. It washes over me and cleanses me.
I also pray. Not in a religious way, but I simply ask 'Please help me move past this' or 'Please guide me out of this' or 'Please help me heal this.' You will surprised that when you ask, how you will be perfectly led to a book, a blog or you will receive an insight which will give you exacltly what you need.
4. Embody the qualities of the soul
The qualities of your soul include; love, acceptance, freedom, peace forgiveness, kindness, generosity, compassion, wisdom, truth, flow, abundance and wisdom.
Whenever you are stuck in a negative feeling and you want to shift it, you can focus on embodying the qualities of your soul. Doing this will always cause you to feel better. Ask yourself a question such as;
How can I be more loving right now?
How can I be more in the flow right now?
How can I be more compassionate right now?
How can I be more peaceful right now?
How can I be more generous right now?
How can I be more accepting right now?
Simply asking these questions connects you with the energy of these beautiful qualities and enables you to start to draw them in to your life. If you follow me on instagram, you would have noticed that this week I set myself a 5 days of yoga challenge. Making the commitment to go to yoga class 5 times this week has been transformative. It has been a powerful form of self care, and a beautiful act of self love. I found this practice so empowering, that it inspired me to dedicate this weeks work to the practice of self care.
We are in the midst of a very busy and crazy time of year. December is often filled with Christmas parties, sweet treats, the stresses of buying gifts, finishing up the working year, alcohol, attending events and functions, new year celebrations, etc.. There is a lot going on! In order to support yourselves through this busy time, I want to encourage you to implement lots of self-care practices through the upcoming month.
(above: my 5 days of yoga)
Are you meeting your own needs?
I share more about my experiences from this week of yoga in my VLOG below. This week's practice has filled me up from the inside out. It nourished me, supported me and empowered me.
It was not just the practice of yoga that I found so powerful. What was so special was the commitment I made to myself this week. A commitment to making my needs a priority. It felt so empowering to schedule this time in to my diary as non-negotiable me time. I felt so proud of myself for following through on this commitment. And I ended this week with new levels of self-love for the new and beautiful person I had become from this experience.
Self-care is all about honouring and meeting your own needs. How often to you neglect what you really need for yourself? How often does your self-care practice get bumped to the bottom of your very long to do list? How many times have you decided that you were going to start take better care of yourself, only to find yourself reverting back to your old habits almost instantly?
Yes, I know you are busy, and time-poor. But this is not about time, and this is not about how busy you are. This is about priorities. You need to make your self-care a priority. As long as you keep allowing other things to be more important you will never be able to find time for them.
The Week 9 Work
In this week's worksheet I pose the questions - Which of your needs have you not been meeting or neglecting? What can you start to do to meet those needs?
Have you been neglecting your need for rest? For connection? For time in nature? For time with your man? For time with yourself? For play? For creativity? For sleep?
If so, what do you need to let go of to create space for you to meet those needs? And what self-care practices do you need to start bringing in to your life?
I also ask you to look at your current self-care practice and see what it involves. Do you even have one? I have shared mine below the VLOG.
How I practice self-care
A few weeks ago when I was still working full time and juggling my coaching business in my spare time, I was literally burnt-out. I was not meeting my own needs, and it took a massive toll on me. I knew I needed more sleep, I needed rest, I needed to meditate, I needed time away from the computer, I needed more time outdoors, I needed more time with my boyfriend, and I definitely needed a more nourishing diet. But I continued to use the excuse "I do not have the time". And so how did I feel? Miserable, irritable, sad, deprived, exhausted, drained and riddled with anxiety.
When I compare how I felt then, to how I feel now the difference is HUGE. Sure, I now have more time. But what is different is how I am choosing to spend my time.
The decision I made to leave my full time job was an extremely powerful display of self-care. And this demonstrates that self-care is not just about taking on new practices, but it is also about letting go. Letting go of those things that drain you of energy, that weigh you down, that leave you feeling empty. So, often we fill our lives with things that so not serve us. We need to stop and look at what we need in order to feel good, and then let go of anything that is not supporting that.
My current self-care practices include;
+ Waking up at 5.30am in the morning so that I can either go to yoga or go to the gym. I feel really good about myself when I spend the first part of my day doing something dedicated to my own wellbeing
+ Making a green smoothie every single day (no exceptions) which is full of cucumber, lemon, baby spinach or kale, parsley, stevia, water and a green powder consisting of barley grass, spirulina, wheat grass and chlorella.
+ Getting in to bed early at night so I can spend some time reading something inspiring and beautiful before I sleep. I used to go straight from my computer to bed, but now I get ready for bed early and will read a book that fills me with truth and happiness before I fall asleep.
+ A morning gratitude practice
+ Dedicating more time to what I love. Making the decision to leave my day job was a massive self-care practice for me and it made me realised how exhausting and soul destroying it is to force ourselves to do work that we do not love.
+ Taking breaks from my work to meditate, re-connect and recharge. Whenever I sitting at my desk and I am feeling drained, tired or unmotivated, I turn off the lights, burn candles and roll out my yoga mat. I use this time to just sit with myself, reconnect and recharge.
+ Giving to others when it feels good, but as soon as I feel myself feeling drained I pull back.
+ Reducing my caffeine intake (yes this is still an addiction I need to tackle!). I have now swapped coffee for chai tea and I find it gives me a pick up without that awful 'wired' feeling.
+ Being in nature daily. I live near a big beautiful park, so I love to go down there to just walk around amongst the grass and trees. My boyfriend and I also often head over to Bondi to walk along the coastline to Bronte, which always leaves me feeling grounded and refreshed.
What self-care practices do you need to include in order to support yourself through December? Is it a beautiful affirmation practice? A morning exercise routine? A daily green juice? Time out for yourself each day with a cup of tea? More sleep? Waking up earlier?
The self-care practices I commit to for December
1. Quitting caffeine
2. Quitting sugar
3. Maintaing a yoga practice of a 2-3 times per week
4. Daily meditation
5. Feeling and communicating my emotions (especially the uncomfortable ones)
+ What self-care practices are you going to commit to for December?
Over the past few weeks of this project, we have been working on the process of manifestation, and to wrap up manifestation month I am going to work with you on your focus as I believe this plays a really powerful role in your ability to manifest.
This week I will be sharing 5 super powerful techniques (that I frequently use in my own life) that you can use to shift your focus, and change your results.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO SHIFT YOUR FOCUS?
The amazing thing about focus is that it has the ability to shift the way you are feeling in an instant. If you are focusing on how far away you are from your goal, you will probably feel disheartened and frustrated. But as soon as you shift to thinking about how far you have come in the past 12 months, what amazing actions steps you have already taken, and the results you have already achieved, you will no doubt feel empowered, proud and totally re-motivated.
A change of focus = a change of feeling. Instantly.
The other key factor is that focus is an attraction tool. We get what we focus on. What we put our attention on expands. What we think about, we bring about. In order to attract what you want in to your life, you have to be putting your attention, energy and focus on it.
In order to attract what you want, you must be focusing on the having of it not the lack of it.
There is a subtle, yet significant difference.
In order to attract what you want, you have to focus on;
+ What is working, rather what is not working
+ What you have got, rather than what you haven't
+ The feeling of having what you want, rather than the absence of what you want
+ What you have achieved rather than what you haven't
+ How far you have come, rather how far you have to go
VLOG
In this week's VLOG I share a really powerful example from my own life where I experienced first hand the amazing results that can come from using your focus effectively. I was able to achieve a really big goal of mine and create some amazing results in 3 months, and in this video I explain how I did it. I discuss the 5 powerful techniques I used to fix my focus, and you will find these explained in more detail below.
5 TECHNIQUES TO SHIFT YOUR FOCUS
1. Celebrate the match
A technique I learnt from Michael Losier, is something he calls 'celebrating the closeness of the match'. When you attract something in to your life that isn't perfect, do not dismiss it and say 'this is not what I want'. Instead celebrate how close of a match it was to what you want. Using this technique, you celebrate all the aspects that match what you want, rather than focusing on all the aspects that are not a match.
Let's say you are wanting to attract a new relationship in to your life, and as a result you have started going on some dates. As you go along on these dates, you find yourself meeting men who are not a perfect match to what you are after. You can either continue to focus on how 'wrong' they are, or you can focus on the aspects of them that are 'right'. One of them may not appeal to you physically, but perhaps we has all the personality characteristics you are looking for. Another one may not have the personality you are after, but perhaps the two of you actually have all the same interests. So, celebrate how great it is that you attracted something which matches parts of what you want! 2. Acknowledge your success, daily
At the end of every day, I recommend you sit down and write a list of everything that happened which is a match what you want. This practice will focus your attention on what is working, what is happening and the progress you are making.
If you are working towards health and fitness goals, you can record the exercise you did, or the great things you ate that day, or anything else you did to move you towards your end result. Or let's say you are wanting to build your business, make notes of any great emails you received or sent, any powerful actions steps you took and any study or reading you did to help you learn more about growing your business.
I know the times that I feel flat about my business, or lack motivation, is when my mind is focused on all the things that have not happened yet and how far I feel from my goal. But as soon as I shift my thinking, and I focus on what I have done and how far I have come, I feel completely different. 3. Practice gratitude
Gratitude is such a powerful practice. It completely shifts your focus and enables you to connect with how unbelievably blessed you are, and all of the wonderful things you have in your life. You can express gratitude for the things you have in your life, the people you love, the experiences you have had, the things that bring you happiness. You can be grateful for things in the past or present. And you can also say thank you in advance for all the magical things that are coming your way.
I have recently began a morning and evening gratitude practice. When I wake up in the morning I do not allow myself to get out of bed until I think of 5 things I am grateful for. The same happens before I go to bed at night. This is such a beautiful way to start and end your day, as it not only makes you feel awesome, but programs your unconscious mind to notice more of the great things about your life. 4. Act as if
If you want to get yourself focusing on the feeling of having something that you want, the practice of 'acting as if' is a great one. You want to get in to the feeling place of acting as though what you want is already here.
As an example, I have recently been experiencing some delays in getting my new website built. Initially I found myself becoming frustrated and I became aware how much I was focusing on the fact that my website was not ready yet. So, I decided to shift my focus. Rather than waiting to create all my content until the site was underway, I decided to just 'act as if' the site was already done. I have been creating all the content for my pages, working on the 2 ebooks that I will have available on the site, and also pulling together the new and juicy coaching packages and programs that will be available.
Now that I have been giving my attention to the 'having' of my site rather than the lack of it, I have been feeling so much better. I feel completely at ease about the process, rather than feeling stressed and impatient. Plus, I feel so much more motivated to create content for a site that I already feel exists.
5. Get visual
Part of using our focus effectively is ensuring we are giving a lot of our attention to what we want. There is no point setting some beautiful goals and then never thinking about them again. We must spend time each day connecting with what we want, and having visual prompts is a great way to do this.
You can create a vision board with bright and colourful images of all the things you are creating. You can put affirmations, desire statements and goals up on your wall or on your bathroom mirror to remind you of the person you becoming.
You can also use calendars which help you countdown to your goal. I am working with a client at the moment who is working towards leaving her job at the end of January 2013, so she can do the work she loves. I have encouraged her to create a countdown calendar to help her focus on what she is working towards. This practice has enabled her to become really excited about her end result, and has increased her motivation to follow through on the action needed to get her there.
Can you believe we are now at Week 7 of the project? Wow!
As the title of this post suggests, this week is all about stepping up. It is about doing whatever it takes to turn your dreams in to a reality. It is about taking action.
It is all good to have wonderful dreams, beautiful visions and powerful desires, but unless you take action, they will never become a reality.
All of the work I have done with of these past few weeks has been helping you to clear space for your desire, release resistance and harness the Law of Attraction to call in your dreams. All of these practices have been helping you to come in to alignment with your desire, and attract opportunities, people, events and circumstances to get it happening.
But, if you are attracting amazing opportunities and you are not acting on them, what is the point? If you are feeling totally and utterly inspired, positive and motivated, but you are doing nothing with that energy, what's the use?
All of the work we have done up until now, has been about supporting you to take this one big step - action.
HOW TO TAKE INSPIRED ACTION
It is time to step up darlings. It is time to start moving forward. And key to doing this is inspired action.
The reason we have been doing all of the work to connect with our desire energetically, is because this work aligns you with your desire, and gets you in to the feeling place of having it. When you are aligned with your desire, you will naturally feel inspired and draw to take action to make it happen.
This does not mean that there will not be fear, self-doubt and hesitation BUT when you are so connected to what you want, and to your truth, the desire to play big and live your dreams is so much more powerful than any insignificant fear.
So, who of you out there are still playing safe? Who of you have been getting some exciting and inspiring ideas of actions you can take, but you have been either ignoring them or putting off doing anything about them? Who of you are still allowing your sneaky ego to convince you that you are not good enough to have what you want.
I want you to decide that this is the week where all that stops.
No more excuses. No more stories. No more playing small.
VLOG: IT IS TIME TO STEP UP
In today's VLOG I share with you why the topic of action is something I feel so deeply passionate about. Many of you know that I resigned from my full time day job so that I could work full time as a life coach and writer and live my purpose. This week was my first week of doing that, and it has been such an amazing and deeply fulfilling experience. However, none of this would be happening had I not had the courage to face my fears, take a risk, step out of my comfort zone and take action.
Visualisation is an extremely important practice if you want to manifest your dreams. It not only focuses your thoughts on what you want to create, but it also helps get you in to the feeling place of having your desire.
We must remember that everything that exists in our world started as thought. Through thinking about something, imagining it, feeling it and connecting with it energetically, we are actually already starting to manifest it.
Also, as I mentioned in the Week 5 VLOG, it is our feelings and our vibration that draws what we want to us. When we practice visualisation we are working to get ourselves in to vibrational harmony with our desire by getting to the feeling of having it now.
It is so important to be giving off the energy of having what you want, rather than the lack of it. In order for your desires to manifest, you need to feel expectant, certain, calm and confident about your desire. You can use your imagination to do this, by connecting with your desire in your mind. Through connecting with it energetically, you are actually taking the first step to manifesting it in the physical world.
MANIFESTING YOUR DESIRES ENERGETICALLY
In today's VLOG I share about the importance of creating our desires energetically first, before we attempt to go out in to the world and create them through action. I hope you enjoy it!
Below the video, I teach you how to actually use this meditation and visualisation practice to help you manifest.
HOW TO USE MEDITATION + VISUALISATION TO MANIFEST
+ The first step of manifesting, is working with the energy around our desire. We can do this simply by spending time each day sitting with a meditation and visualisation practice.
+ Before you attempt to start visualising, just spend some time relaxing and centering yourself. Sit still, breathe deeply, and just allow your mind to calm and slow down.
+ One you feel relaxed, gently start to play with images in your mind of what you want. Do not force yourself to think in certain ways if it feels stressful or uncomfortable. The aim of this activity is to feel good. If it does not make you feel good, then just go back to your meditation practice until you feel more relaxed. Visualistion should not feel like a chore!
+ Start imagining what you want to create. Imagine having your desire, now. Imagine what life will be like once this desire is manifested. See pictures in your mind, hear the sounds, see yourself living in this way. Start to feel the feelings of having your desire. Feel the excitement and happiness you will feel when it is real. Keep imagining your desire and see how real you can make it. Keep doing this until you reach a point where you feel very connected to your desire and really good about it.
+ Through this process you are literally creating your desire on the energetic plane. Once you connect with your energetically, it already exists. It is done. Then, from that place you will naturally feel inspired to follow through with action to create it.
+ Once you come out of meditation I want you to write a number from 1-10 to indicate how connected and aligned you felt with your desire. 10 indicates that your desire feels really real to you and that you feel totally expectant about it coming, and that you know it is done. You will be feeling calm, confident, happy, excited, optimistic and totally aligned with it.
+ Repeat the meditation and visualisation practice every day for one week. Every day write down a number from 1-10 to indicate how good and how connected you felt to your desire. See how this number changes over the course of the week. + Some people like to journal after their meditation and visualisation, as they like to reflect on their experience and learnings. If you feel drawn to, keep a little journal of your experiences this week.
+ Through the week also take time to jot down any inspired ideas you receive about actions you can take to manifest your dream, or any opportunities, people or things that come in to your life to support the manifestation of your dream.
As we are now at Week 5 of the 90 day project, it is time to shift our focus. We have spent the past few weeks doing a lot of inner work. We have been raising our self-awareness, clearing out what is holding us back and building new beliefs that will support us. Now, that we have created some space, it is time to think about what new things we want to draw in to our lives.
For the next month or so we will be focusing on manifestation. For some of you, this may be a fairly new practice, while others may have been doing a lot of this work already.
When I started learning how to manifest, my first step was to re-educate myself. I decided that I wanted to learn anything and everything about the power of my mind and my energy, Universal Laws and the ability we all have to create our own reality. Unfortunately our regular education system does not teach us these principles so if we want to understand them, it is really up to each of us to choose to re-educate ourselves.
In today's VLOG I share with you 4 foundations that I believe you need to embrace in order to become a magnificent manifestor. This was where I started on my own journey, and it really helped me see myself, my power and the Universe in a whole new way.
I have recorded an extra long VLOG for you today (apologies to those with short attention spans) where I explain the following 4 points in detail.
So make yourself a cup of herbal tea, or a green smoothie, grab your notebook and enjoy the VLOG.
THE FOUR FOUNDATIONS OF MANIFESTATION
1. You are a creator
2. You are energy
3. You attract people, places, events, opportunities and circumstances in to your life that are a match to your energy
So my loves, you found the Week 3 worksheet a little challenging I hear? That is wonderful!
If it was easy you would not be growing. If it was simple it would not be causing you to strech. If it were not so hard, you would not have to dig so deep to get it done.
So many of us run from what challenges us. We spend our whole life avoiding those things that are difficult. We resist facing our resistance.
I am sorry to break it to you, but living that way is not going to get you anywhere. It will simply keep you stuck in your comfort zone and avoiding anything that needs to be done to achieve your dreams because you label it as "too hard"
So, if I challenged you this week, awesome! I hope I pushed you in to what was uncomfortable and made you face it. And in this process, I hope I helped you grow.
WEEK FOUR
We are now one month in to the 90 day project, and this week's work is all about checking in with yourself and asking - Am I getting the results that I want?
If your answer is yes, then awesome, keep doing that! But if your answer is no, then you need to get honest and find out what needs to change. What do you need to do differently? What do you need to stop doing? And who do you need to be in order to get the results you want?
In the VLOG below I share a bit more about the week 4 work, and you will be receiving the worksheet in your inboxes shortly. Plus, I also share some exciting news about the Resistance-Busting Tool Kit ebook that I am going to create. Yay!
Below this video I also share my responses to the week 4 work so you can see how my 90 day project is going so far.
WHAT I HAVE ACHIEVED SO FAR
+ I resigned from my full time job
+ I have come up with the idea and structure for my first e book
+ Attracted 2 casual jobs to support me financially while I set up my coaching practice
+ Exceeded my monthly coaching income goal
+ Got the ball rolling on my new website, got myself a photographer for some professional pics and finalised my logo design
+ Recorded 4 VLOGS (which a few weeks ago was totally out of my comfort zone and to some extent still is!)
WHAT I HAVE LEARNED SO FAR
+ That there is never a perfect time. The only time is now.
+ The Universe rewards courage.
+ As soon as you make the decision to commit 100% to living authentically and following your heart your whole life will begin to shift, instantly.
+ It is in the unknown that magic and miracles happen.
+ That my self-doubt is endless, but that I have a choice as to what I will make this mean and whether or not I will allow it stop me.
+ Being vulnerable (and imperfect) is beautiful.
+ When you are willing to let go of the old, you create a beautiful empty space that allows the new to rush in at lightening speed.
+ That I still have an old pattern lingering around where I feel that meeting the needs of others is more important than meeting my own. WHAT HAS BEEN WORKING
+ Getting back in to my 6am exercise routine.
+ Tuning in to my inner guidance whenever a decision needs to be made, and following through on it's direction without question.
+ Being willing to do whatever it takes to achieve what I want, even if I am afraid.
+ My daily green smoothies.
+ Persevering past resistance, being willing to just keep showing up even if I have no idea what I am doing, and never quitting.
+ Speaking kindly to myself even when I feel I failed at something, or didn't do it perfectly, or could have done it better.
WHAT HAS NOT BEEN WORKING
+ Allowing my needs and self care practices to get bumped to the bottom of my to do list (and being in denial about this)
+ Undervaluing myself and my gifts.
+ Doing so much 'to-doing' that there is no space left for creativity. WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE
+ Allocate creative time where there is no time restriction and I can just allow creative thoughts to flow through me without force or pressure
+ Schedule in my self-care time (eg: yoga, reading, walks outdoors, meditation etc) as non negotiable time
+ Release the feeling of guilt that arises when I do not reply to people's emails within a few days (or at all!)
+ Raise my coaching rates to ensure I am valuing my self, my services and my time
+ Put my needs at the top of my list (thank you to the beautiful Tara Bliss and her gorgeous e book for the reminder on that one!)
Have a beautiful week my darlings. Big love to you all xx
So, here we are at Week 3 of the 90 Day Transformation project, and we now have 400 beautiful people from all over the world embarking on this amazing journey.
We are now at the stage of getting down to the nitty gritty. So far, we have declared our dreams and identified what we need to let go of so that we can move forward towards them.
Now that is all well and good, but what do you do when that pesky resistance arises? You know that feeling that makes you want to retreat under the covers, throw your dreams in the bin, and hide away from the world?
Resistance comes in many shapes and forms. It may feel like a heavy, negative emotion like fear, self-doubt or anger. It may come in the form of a loud, barking inner critic who tries to convince you that you are not good enough and you cannot have what you want. Or, it may be some lingering of beliefs about yourself that you have been holding on to for years such as I am not good enough, I am unloveable, I am not capable etc..
At the end of the day, we all feel resistance on some level. It is part of the growth process. If you were not growing, becoming more and evolving you would not be coming up against resistance. Think about it - do you experience fear in your comfort zone? Not really. You generally only experience it when you are stepping out of it, embracing the unknown and being willing to take risks.
The aim of moving past resistance is not to try to eliminate it, destroy it or ignore it. Rather it is about choosing how we are going to respond to it.
LESSON ONE: YOU ARE NOT YOUR STORY
Your story is what you tell yourself. It is the meaning you make about events that happen. It is how you interpret the world and then what you come to believe about yourself as a result.
At your core, you are not your story. You were not born in to this world with your story, you have developed it over time. Any time you tell yourself a story that makes you feel crap, that makes you feel that you cannot be, do or have what you want or that makes you feel limited in some way, you are lying to yourself. That is not your truth.
So many of us hold on very tightly to our story. We do not want to let it go even if it does not serve or support us. But we must realise that our story is not fixed. It is not fact. You can actually change the story you are telling yourself the moment that you choose too.
LESSON TWO: DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU THINK
Just because you think something, does not mean it is true. You have the ability to choose which of your thoughts you will listen to and believe, and which ones you will discard. The only reason certain thoughts feel so real to you is because you have been thinking them for so long, and as a result you have now accrued a lot of evidence to support them.
Rather than just accepting everything that comes in to your mind as truth, start by examining it. Take a look at it and ask - is this thought going to serve, nourish and support me? Is it going to enable me to become the person I want to be? Does it make me feel good to think it?
If you cannot answer yes, then let it go!
You do not have to believe everything that you think. You have a choice.
LESSON THREE: WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS WHAT YOU SEE
Do you know that you actually filter the world based on your beliefs? You will delete, distort and generalise information that you receive from the world so that it matches your beliefs.
Plus, once you believe something to be true, you will begin to attract people, experience and events that support that belief. Whatever you program in to your mind is what you attract.
Let's say you believe that you are unlovable. You will attract people, events and circumstances in to your life that support that belief, and you will delete, distort or generalise any information that does not support that belief. You will attract people that cannot love you, events where you feel unloved, and circumstances where your belief about not being loveable is confirmed. You will also not notice, remember or acknowledge any time where people have actually shown you love, or where you have felt loveable as this would dis-prove your belief.
Pretty powerful stuff hey!
CREATE A RESISTANCE-BUSTING TOOL KIT
In the video blog above I share 3 practices that I have used in my life to support me in working through my resistance. I do not believe we need to try to eliminate our resistance, rather we need to choose new ways to respond to it.
On the 90 Day Project Transformation page I asked the group to share with me what strategies they were already using to handle their inner critic, their negative emotions and how to overcome limiting beleifs. The answers blew me away!
They included things such as; affirmations, remembering why you want what you want and using that to pull you forward, writing lists to acknowledge the amazing things you have achieved, telling your inner critic to "stop", and then re-affirming what you do want instead, journalling, emotional freedom technique, meditation, watching inspiring videos, reading books, witnessing the inner critic, visualisation, pep-talks, recognising that your inner critic is trying to protect you, choosing a word/feeling for the day and gratitude lists!
Wow!
I highly recommend you each start creating your own tool-kit to help you work through any resistance that comes up. Please feel free to share what you use in the comment section below.
