In last week's work, we looked back over the year and reflected on all of our beautiful learnings and achievements. And now as we come in to the final few weeks of this project, and of 2012, I thought it would be valuable to turn our focus forwards momentarily.
I want you to start to think about what you want for yourself in 2013. I want you to start visioning, dreaming and scheming. Get in to the feel of what you want 2013 to be like for you.
Before we go any further, I just want to stress how much of an important practice this is. Please do not enter in to 2013 unconsciously. Do not step in to this fresh new year without a vision. It would be way too easy to allow things to just stay the same, and to become resigned to feeling that you cannot ask for me. But you can.
Our mind is extremely powerful. When we set it on an outcome, and focus on it, powerful things can happen. We become a creator. We live intentionally. We choose our destiny.
Do not allow things to just happen to you this year. Decide who you want to be, and be it. Decide what you want to create, and create it.
Use the work that I share this week as more of a visioning exercise, rather than a goal setting exercise. Allow yourself to be playful and lighthearted. The more relaxed you are about it, the less need your mind will have to step in and interfere.

VISIONING + DREAMING + SCHEMING 2013
HOW CAN YOU TAKE WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNT FROM THIS PROJECT AND USE IT TO CREATE CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE IN 2013?
+ I learnt that tuning inwards to listen to my heart and my inner guidance before making decisions is imperative. I know if I can practice this even more in 2013 life will unfold more effortlessly and beautifully.
+ I learnt that community is magical, and I intend to create more aspects of community in my life and my work in 2013.
+ I learnt that when you follow your heart and take risks, you are always supported and magical things unfold. I will be following my heart in all that I do in 2013.
+ I learnt that it is when you put yourself in your 'uncomfortable zone' opportunities arise, amazing results are created and miracles occur. I will most definitely be throwing myself outside my comfort zone alot more in 2013.
+ I leant than when I communicate with my partner in an open, honest and authentic way it creates so much more connection and love than when I bottle it up inside. In 2013 I will be embracing the beauty of vulnerability even more.
+ I learnt that the practice of yoga makes me a better, more grounded and more authentically confident woman, and I will be most definitely continuing with my 4 x a week practice in 2013.

Building of a new brand + launch of a new website + my first e book + the creation of my 2nd e book + new exciting coaching programs + more professional looking VLOGS + coaching as many beautiful souls as I can + creativity and creation + maintaing my current yoga practice 4x a week + cleaning up my body and diet even more + a deeper connection with my inner guidance + building abundance and prosperity from doing work I love + learning, learning, learning.
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO TAKE TO THE NEXT LEVEL?
My ability to be authentic + sharing my unique gifts and talents to the world + public speaking + my technological skills + my yoga practice (hello headstand) + opening of my heart + doing things that make me so unbelievable uncomfortable + my ability to serve others and get myself out of the way + believing in myself.
HOW CAN YOU MAKE 2013 YOUR BEST YEAR EVER?
Not allow any inauthentic, fear based, illusionary thinking hold me back from doing what I want to do.
Instead, have the voice of love, empowerment, passion, inspiration, self-belief and my soul be the guiding force in my life.

WHAT WOULD THAT LOOK + FEEL LIKE?
I would be connected with love + I would feel empowered + I would live freely and lightly + I would say I can, rather than I can't + I would be taking brave, bold new steps + I would feel alive + I would experience abundance and new opportunities as a result of my inner shifts + I would feel content with myself and my life in every moment.
WHO DO YOU WANT TO BE IN 2013?

AS A RESULT OF BEING THAT PERSON, WHAT GOALS DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE IN 2013?
Running my first workshop + completing my NLP training + growing an abundant full time coaching practice where I serve and empower women all over the world + doubling my income + creating more prodcuts including dvd's, e courses, e books, webinars, podcasts, etc. + physical cleaning, including a juice fast + writing more and getting my writing published more + deepening my connection with the beautiful community of like minded people that surround me + media presence + sub-letting an office space + at least one overseas holiday somewhere warm (my bf and I are planning another holiday to LA and Mexico).

Starting the day at 5.30am and waking up feeling refreshed, energised and happy
Exercising from 6am-7am
Post gym green smoothie
Meditation, journalling and intention setting
8.30am-12pm: Work tasks including; coaching with phenomenal clients all over the world, writing articles for my website and others, getting creative and designing and developing awesome new products and programs, soul-centered collaborations with like minded peeps online and in person.
Lunch time yoga at 12.30pm
2pm-6pm: More of my beautiful work tasks
6pm: Computer off
6pm-6.30pm: Meditation + me time
7pm-Bed: Down time + dinner with my boyfriend + reading
(Ummm, I just realised that this IS actually how I currently spend my days. It may need some tweaking here and there, but I am pretty much already living my ideal day! Woooo)
